Banana Split Layer Cake


  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of strawberry or raspberry jam, warmed
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 16 ounces of cream cheese
  • 20 ounces/ 1 large can of crushed pineapples
  • 6 bananas
  • 2 packages of vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • Crushed pecans
  • Top with chocolate sauce
Gather the ingredients


Combine melted butter and crushed graham crackers and press to bottom of the baking dish

In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar


Spread this mixture atop the graham cracker bottom carefully to prevent the graham crackers
Add the can of crushed pineapples, evenly dispersing the fruit and juices
Slice 4 bananas and lay flat over the pineapple layer
Whisk vanilla pudding and whipped cream together
Dribble jam over bananas and spread the vanilla whipped cream over
Add a layer of whipped cream
Top with the remaining bananas, walnuts, chocolate sauce, warmed jam and your choice of berries
